Brohs
Name Brohs
Position Civilian
Physical Appearance
Physical Description | All the Brohs, male and female, are known by this name, but it is not the actual name of any of them. Their names, male and female, were given to them by Wendy. The Brohs name is an approximation of the sound they make, which the translator has most closely matched to 20th century surfer English. It is not actually either 20th century or surfer, but that's the best the translator can do, for now. The Brohs look somewhat like small dragons, hence the Standard equivalent of that is the race name given, but that is not, again, what they call themselves, nor is it a name that is accurate. They may resemble small dragons of Earth mythology, but they are not. Some who see them also call them bats, which they also are not, but since they are small and they do fly, it is as accurate as dragon. |
Character Information
Gender | Male | |
Species | Dragonet |
Family
Children | There are many children born each year. The Brohs are not very good parents, seeming to lack some instinct for caring for their children. They bring the young ones to Wendy and leave them for her to train and care for until a certain age, when they return and claim them. Wendy also names them. |
Personality & Traits
General Overview | A variety of dragonets are seen on rare occasions, but only Wendy can really tell them apart, and only when her remaining memory cells are active and she remembers each day again. From recent events in Brown Sector, one might have garnered the idea that they are brave, or perhaps fool hardy. The truth is neither. They behave as any 9-year-old human might, taking chances because they don't always recognize that there is a risk. They do have a sense of self-preservation, however, and take cues from those around them. |
Personal History | The history of the Brohs will come out as they are telling stories. There are those among them who are storytellers, carriers of important things from their past. These are the things we will learn about them as time goes on. |
